Who are we?
I am Sharron Williams and I am one of the
authors of this e book. I am an Entrepreneur and RN. I received my nursing
training in Texas where I received my BSN. While going to school I made and
sold craft items to pay for college and to survive. I have worked 30 years as a
nurse in various fields of nursing but I always knew I was an Entrepreneur in
my heart. God gave me the Entrepreneur DNA. My husband and I operated a
successful senior and disabled transportation company here in Colorado for 10
years before a tragic accident left with a closed head injury that took 7 years
for me to recover from. I also operated a successful gift basket business in
which I closed while I spent time recovering. I was in the Army for 3 years and
the Army Reserves for 18 years.
While
spending years in management positions as a nurse people would ask me for
advice for marketing their small business/service. With no charge to people I
would always do so. I would give ideas and advice to Occupational or Physical Therapist
who wanted to start their own practice. Herbalist or Massage therapist who
wanted to start a part-time business while working full-time. Sometimes I’d get
a call from someone to help them with marketing ideas to increase clients for
their Reflexology business. Then my husband and I decided to create an ebook to
share our experiences, and advice so that you can be knowledgeable about
marketing to allow you to start or grow a business. Currently, I assist home
healthcare agencies in getting started with their licensing process and
Medicare/Medicaid certification.
